Questions
About exam coaching with Ada
How do I start?+
Choose your exam and take the free mock test: IELTS at bestparents.ai/ielts, KET & PET at bestparents.ai/ket-pet. You continue on WhatsApp; no email or password needed.
Is Ada a real teacher?+
Ada is an AI tutor, not a human teacher. It supports practice and can make mistakes; it does not replace a teacher.
Is the mock test really free?+
Yes. The full mock test (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing) and your scores are free, for IELTS and for KET & PET. No card needed.
How accurate is my score?+
Ada scores you on each exam's public criteria: the IELTS band descriptors, or Cambridge's for KET & PET. It's an estimate from a short test, so use it to see where you stand and what to work on.
When is SAT coming?+
SAT is in development; its tutor and price will be announced at launch.
Are sessions recorded?+
Yes. Audio and transcripts are stored through ElevenLabs to deliver the service, provide support, and review quality. Recording information is shown before a session. Results are AI-generated and may contain errors.
